Shared Harvest

Shared Harvest is a joint ministry of several local Lutheran churches who deliver food once a month to working-poor families. They deliver up to 84 bags of groceries each month.

You may drop off your Shared Harvest donations at the church office on Monday thru Thursday between 9am and 2pm or in the Church Welcoming Space on Sunday mornings. Assembly is 1pm on May 19 at Lord of Mercy Lutheran Church in Sparks. (Please note we're a week early this month due to Memorial Day).

Our shopping list for May:

  • Peanut butter (We need 28 jars.)
  • Mac & Cheese (We need 42 boxes.)
  • Chili (We need 42 cans.)
  • Travel size shampoo (We need as many as possible.)
  • Men's deodorant (We need as many as possible.)

Looking ahead to June (please do not drop off before May 20):

  • Chicken noodle soup (We need 42 cans.)
  • Cold cereal (We need 28 boxes.)
  • Canned fruit (We need 42 cans.)
  • Tuna (We need 42 cans.)
  • Shampoo (We need as many as possible.)
